MY TOP 5 BEST HORROR GAMES FOR STREAMING THIS SEASON

Halloween is over sadly, but that doesn't mean you can't keep the spooky spirit going for the season on your stream. Horro games have become a weird and touchy genre, so if you're looking to play some scary stuff without sseeming cheesy, and including sessions filled with cheap jumpscares, then maybe you wanna try a few games that will keep you and you audience hooked in by different styles of fear, and heart pumping action

1. Resident Evil 4

One of my personal favorite games, and one that I'm going through in my own stream right now. This classic has plenty of action mixed with the classic survival horror that'll keep you on your toes. It has enough content that'll keep you and your audience entertained even if you end up playing through the entire game. It has two extra story campaigns and the praised mercenary mode that can satisfy anybody's zombie killing needs.

2.P.T

If you're one of the few who kept this infamous demo, you're lucky and should probably know your PS4 is worth more than you think. However, if you've never played this gem find someone streaming it, or someone with a PS4 who never deleted this canelled gem. This was a playable teaser trailer for the new "Silent Hills", the love child of Metal Gear Creator Hideo Kojima, and master of mostrosities, Guillermo Del Toro. It's not the longest demo, but it has enough content and a difficult enough puzzle to keep you and your viewers enthralled by the dark mysterious hallway you're in.......I'm so sad this was cancelled

3. Slender: The Eight Pages

Slenderman is a strange internet phenomenon that grew so much out of its creepypasta page, that he not only got a webseiries following the Slenderman Mythos, but also two video games. This is the first of the video games, and although it seems a bit dated, the abandoned forest setting is never not suspenseful. The objective is just to find the 8 lost pages containing clues while avoiding the well dressed, terrifying, faceless monster. Don't look back, Don't stop moving. Good luck.

4. S O M A

Sadly this one is more of a hand-me-down recommendation. I've heard plenty about how terrifying this bleak, lonely experience is. While there's not really a lot of "ghosts" or zombies, the terror in this game comes from the sounds emanating through the underwater hell that you seem to be stuck in, so a surround sound headset is definitely recommended. This game was also created by the people who made the infamous "Amnesia" series, so for sure stay out of the dark.

5. Until Dawn

Fans of classic slaughterhouse films, and dramatic cutscene healthy games, Until Dawn is perfect. Take control of multiple young adult characters who are having a fun time in the cabin in the woods, each getting picked off by a terrifying unknown enemy. If a character dies, the game continues with the next character, leaving the game open for multiple playthroughs to get different characters to different points and experience different outcomes. This has been a favorite to stream since release especially for fans of stuff like Friday the 13th.

BEST MARIO GAME IN YEARS
